During the day, our mind wanders in front of the cameo of colors: browns, yellows and greens intermingled that the beauty of the Gascon hills offer us. This wine is dedicated to them.
MATURATION
French Oak Barrels.
APPEARANCE
Bright robe, cherry red color with a ruby hue.
AROMA
Initial hints of vanilla and subtle toasty notes. It exudes nobility, darkness, and depth.
PALATE
The palate is generous and full-bodied, with beautiful chalky tannins. The aromatic potential unfolds more in the mouth, revealing fruity and spicy flavors. The finish is long and opulent.
SERVING
Still young, but decanting can allow you to savor its freshness. Serve at room temperature, 18°C, after opening the bottle 2 hours in advance. This wine is perfect for “after work” or as an aperitif among friends. It also pairs well with meat dishes and dark chocolate desserts.

Our sauvignon white wine is the result of meticulous and passionate work by our estate, which has managed to get the best out of our terroir to offer you an exceptional wine.

APPEARANCE
A clear, brilliant pale yellow colour with white gold highlights.
AROMA
The first nose is expressive and powerful, exotic, with notes of berlingot and white peach rosewater and lemon balm.
PALATE
The saline and invigorating palate takes us on stony sensations, slate and marshmallow.
MATURATION
In tanks, on fine lees for 6 months.
APPEARANCE
A brilliant colour that announces spring freshness, with vibrant green green highlights.
AROMA
A lively, floral bouquet, with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit fruit, offering a fresh and playful experience.
PALATE
The palate is lively, revealing citrus flavours and a balanced balanced freshness, offering a tasting experience and finesse.

Discover our new 2022 vintage “Les Sources”! Made from IGP Côtes de Gascogne, this dry white wine is the result of a blend of grape varieties carefully selected to offer you a unique taste experience.

Complex and precise, with smoky notes and a profusion of subtle aromas: floral and fruity, all on a base of jasmine.
PALATE
The palate is clean, invigorating and saline, elegant and thirst-quenching, bright and almost salivating, carried by aromatic notes of gunflint and roses.

Millésime 2019 & 2022
The name of this wine was inspired by the sumptuous view of the Pyrenees that the terraced vineyard offers us every day. Like a balcony, we can admire the Pic du Midi d’Ossau rising from the horizon.
MATURATION

APPEARANCE
Pale yellow with hints of white gold. white.
AROMA
Fluffy, almost pulpy. Still restrained restrained but the potential is there.
PALATE
The palate is full of pretty bitters, apricot compote and a hint of icing sugar.

The sweet white wine “réserve prestige” is a refined wine that won the gold medal at the Challenge International du Vin 2016, which is a great recognition for this prestigious wine.
